  7. this picture demonstrates that MysticView handles aspect ratios.
  8. the picture was created in multiscan lores interlace, providing
  9. an aspect ratio of 4:1. most viewers do not handle aspect ratios,
  10. and the image appears extremely distorted.

  12. if the picture *does* appear distorted with MysticView, then you
  13. need to upgrade to an up-to-date ILBM picture datatype. please
  14. refer to the datatype section in the documentation.

  19. this drawer contains a series of small pictures. if your system
  20. is supplied with a fast processor, you can watch these pictures
  21. quite smoothly as a continuous animation.

  23. start MysticView, and load the preset file 'Mystic_Animation'
  24. (located in prefs/presets), and then simply drop the 'anim' drawer
  25. on MysticView's window.

  27. if MysticView fails to load the pictures, then it's probably due
  28. to lacking 24bit support of your current ILBM datatype. please
  29. refer to the datatype section in the documentation.
